Our Story

I started Miz Street Food after opening a takeaway restaurant local to me. I loved that journey so much that I wanted to take that food further!

I started trading at the food markets in Bristol amongst some insane street food stalls. I really enjoyed meeting new customers, driving to new locations roping friends and family in to help me along the way!

After completing a year at the food markets, I wanted to go bigger and explore the festival world. We hand built a wooden frame to create an eye-catching groovy stall. This was a great success getting us into the big festivals we had dreamt of.

Building the business was the best thing I’ve done; it allowed me to be around amazing food everyday with my wonderful friends

Here’s to 2025!

Passionate about food

I care about all the products and ingredients I use

All the meat used is Red Tractor and is sous vide for 14 hours for maximum flavour and texture.

My flour and corn tortillas are high quality full of flavour and a good stretch!

I make all the sauces using authentic Mexican tomatillo tomatoes, Mexican oregano, and a chipotle in adobo paste.

All the other ingredients are made fresh daily.

My recipes were created and tested by me made from recipe books and my imagination!
